Some questions quickly answered

This is all very new and in making the announcement, we didn't realize so many (very good) questions would be generated so quickly. Here are some quick answers to some of the questions asked earlier on Facebook...

Will one be able to register their sheep if they only have the copies of the COR? 
Yes, any animals that were previously registered through OEBR and the off spring of two OEBR registered animals will be eligible for BSSBA registry.

Is this a completely separate & new registry?
Yes, it is a completely separate registry and not affiliated with any other Southdown Babydoll registry.

Is there a website set up? 
This blog is what BSSBA has for now

Is there a mailing address?
Yes

Will there be more than one administrator? / Will there be a board or solely run by you (Reni)?
Yes, aside from several long-standing OEB registered breeders being in communication with BSSBA members, we are also using services of a professional sheep registry group. They handle numerous sheep registries and come highly recommended.

Will there an online members list and pedigree database?
BSSBA plans on having an online membership list and are in discussions with the registry service regarding a potential online pedigree database. As part of the registry services, extended pedigrees information will be available.
